THE DESIGN PROCESS
Below is a brief breakdown of the journey we will take together. The path is mostly geared towards your Invitations as that is the most time consuming process but we do explain simpler projects like your Save the Date and Day Of designs like your Wedding Program. What you will learn quickly, as our Reviews showcase, is that we are so much more than just an Invitation company. Outside of the great part that we provide your designs from a blank screen and truly custom design for you but we also have 15+ years experience in the industry. We have plenty of insight, feedback, tips, ideas and connections for everything about your Big Day if you seek it. DJ Entertainment, Photographers, Limos, insight on many of the Reception facilities within NJ and much more.

When we speak we will discuss a few different things to consider for your Save the Date, Invitation or any other designs you are looking for. Details like your style, colors, the quantity and event date are also pieces of information that are helpful, but not necessary to start the process.
COFFEE’S ON US
In most cases we meet with our couples at the Invitation stage. For Save the Dates or other projects that are well before the Invitation we usually handle that by phone call and email. With that said, we welcome appointments at any point of your journey. When we meet, we have 2 locations to choose from. Our homebase in downtown Red Bank, NJ (Opening Fall 2016) which is 4000 square feet of “Oh Wow!”. Our 4 Macy’s style windows showcasing Wedding Table Decor not only is home for us but also for our partners that provide DJ Entertainment, Photography, Video and Event Decor.
After we have discussed colors, materials and the style, a formal Estimate will be emailed to you for approval. Once the Estimate is approved, we will provide you with a Contract where upon 30% deposit is required along with a signed contract. We accept payments via Check or Credit Card which you can provide directly from the Invoice link. The contract will showcase dates for information due to due back to you. We will help you with wording for all of your projects, especially Invitations which in some cases can be challenging, etiquette and of course design concepts.
Now that the formalities are over, the fun stuff begins. We will now provide you with a “Creative Brief”. In essence, a form on our website where things get organized. You will provide us pertinent information for your Invitation, etc such as Parent Names, how you want your name to be designed, your partner’s name, ceremony location and so on. This will get us going into the design stage of your custom created project.
YOUR PRIVATE PAGE
At this point we go into our design hole. When we come out of it you will receive a link to your own private page on our website with password protection. From that page you will be able to see the designs we have done for the first round of concepts. You will also have a small form that you can Approve or Decline and fill in edits as well. We encourage feedback. While as seasoned veterans, we are also learning your likes and dislikes. Your private page is easily sharable with your partner as well.
Time to go to print. At this point everything has been approved. What is required is Final Balance paid prior to the print process commencing. Production time varies from 5 business days to a 3-4 weeks dependent on what kind of project it is (Save the Date vs Invitation) and the printing process. What also adds time is something most, well all of our couples just love about us, the assembly. Yes we assemble your project. No we do not charge for it. But it does add 2-4 days on our end before they are in your hands.
How do you get your hands on them? Well, in most cases we ship your products to you direct. Typically this is Save the Dates and Day Of products like Wedding Programs, etc. Of course you are always welcome to come to our location in Red Bank, NJ to pick them up. As far as Invitations, we ask that you come to our Red Bank location, within reason of course. If distance is a challenge as in another State we will gladly ship to you via USPS. We also expo at about 90 Wedding Expos per year so if we are going to be at one of the many locations in NJ that is close to you, we will be happy to make it happen at the Expo to provided your product.
DAY OF DESIGNS
When it all comes together. We also provide just about anything for your Big Day. From Wedding Programs to Reception Menus to Photo Booth Backdrops. Having that all pull together with your colors from your day to your Invitation…well the truth is when you don’t have it, people don’t notice it BUT when you do have it…people REALLY notice. HAPPILY EVER AFTER
We remember when. When the two of you were hopeless romantics and hopefully it has stayed that way BUT we typically keep close to our couples and most reach out to us to refer their friends who are getting married to us or Birthday Invites they need for their partner’s big surprise party. We have reached the point where we are doing many Baby Shower invites and even a few kid birthday party invites as well. You may say we are getting old, we are gonna go with we are seasoned veterans 🙂 At our location we annually even do a Date Night Out where we invite our past couples to come down to Red Bank and enjoy a night with a Comedian and Dinner at our location!
